So I bought a 2015 BMW X1 from Levels. It ended up having some issues, and there was a phone call mixup, and I was a cranky old man - I assumed the worst. And I was wrong. When I finally came down and talked to the owner in person - he took care of all the issues. He did right by me even when I was kind of a cranky jerk. In all my 60 years, haven't had someone stand by their business so professionally and with such integrity even though I was the cranky one in the wrong. I recommend them wholeheartedly - Level Auto is the best. I will be back to purchase all my future cars here.

The salesman was very helpful. We drove in using a borrowed car. When we went to leave, it would not start. He worked hard at jumping it for us and messing with the battery cables. We eventually bought a car here and are happy with it. There were a couple of little issues, and they took care of them. Nice to deal with and treated us right. I think we got a good price on the vehicle we bought.

I needed a car quickly! Looked at the lot, everything was priced fairly. My salesman Atif was awesome! The finance officer was so fast, I had the car in under an hour! The motor mounts needed replaced and they fixed it same day, I was able to leave the lot with the needed repair already handled! Great company!!

Simple stated, these guys are great. No pressure, friendly service and the sales reps took care of our every need. I was hesitant on visiting a smaller used car lot but my son insisted we go due to the high ratings on the internet. We went, found a great car at a reasonable price and drove off the lot a happy customer. Levels is now our go to place for preowned cars!

My grandson bought a car here and we were treated very professionally. After taking delivery of the car, the same day, something broke in the motor. Mr. Jamal went to the car, stranded on I10 and picked up my grandson. He had the car towed back to the lot. Mr. Jamal told me this should not have happened and said “I will take care of this.” And he did. He replaced the motor with one that had a 12 month warranty. He gave my grandson a car to use while his was being fixed. He personally did a thorough test drive before we picked up the repaired car and then joined us for our test drive. My grandson now has a nice car thanks to the commitment of Mr. Jamal and the employees of Levels Auto. Mr. Jamal stood by his word and took care of what could have been a messy situation. If I know someone looking for a used car and a reputable dealer, I will send them to Levels Auto and Mr. Jamal.

Levels is without a doubt,the best place to buy a car.From it's knowledgeable salesman who can place you in a used car within a day or two, to the follow up when you have left the lot. Most salesman forget about you when you leave! Not levels they do everything they can to fix any problems. They want our business for life not just one sale! All I can say is go down to Level's and see for yourself!
